When pricing the opportunity, be sure that fields the meet the requirements based on what you have configured in the skills manager. You will also need to ensure that the proper Stage is selected, and then save the opportunity. Once these conditions are met, Andi® will display an alert notifying a needed approval for the opportunity.

After clicking on the Approvals link, you will be taken to the Andi® chat window. Here you can choose to send the email or continue editing. Select Send and Andi® will confirm that the approval has been requested. From here, the approver will receive a request via email with an imbedded opportunity link. You will also receive an email showing that the request was initiated.

Once the approver clicks on the email link, the Andi® chat window will open where they can then approve or reject the opportunity.
