Identify How Andi® Will Add Value

If you haven't already, make sure you've identified the value add that Andi® will provide your organization and the goals and behaviors you want to use those skills to drive. You'll receive the greatest value from Andi® insights when they're most relevant to your needs.

Check out the following resources to help:

Identifying your Team

Once you know how Andi® will add value and are ready to move forward, you'll need to determine who needs to be involved in the primary roles of skill writing, skill management, and account administration.

Skill writers will benefit from having basic experience in development (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) with knowledge of or the ability to learn Typescript, which is a coding language similar to JavaScript that will be used to write skills. A skill writer does not need to be a full developer. For more information on skill writing, please see Writing Your Skills

Skill managers will be those who control whether or not a skill should be turned on for your organization once it is deployed to the Andi® Skills Manager. For more information, please see Managing Your Skills.

Account Administrator(s) will be responsible for setting up and managing users and their permissions for the Andi® platform.

Depending on your organization protocols and resources, an individual can contribute in one or multiple roles.

For technical and development considerations, please review Your Development Environment.

Account Creation
