Overview
The Closed Lost Analytics Andi® skill prompts you to enter additional information within the stage field when an opportunity is updated to a configured opportunity stage. Andi collects and stores this information in skill storage, or can email a report on a configured cadence to be used for enhanced closed lost analytics. Up to four prompts can be configured to collect relevant information for your organization. This article will cover configuring and testing the skill, and viewing and enabling it in PrecisionLender.
